I have been asked for a Small Write up for school fee regulation Please help me to correct it and make it more profound . It should be as much as short as possible..

I have general feeling more important is regulation of quality of education in school rather than the regulation of fee.

Below is my write up.

Regulation of school fee, yes a good thought but I am much more inclined towards the quality of education,better teacher student ratio,standardization of remuneration for teachers. Let the best brain be driven to this noble profession after all teachers are nation builders. Would you mind spending some extra of your hard earned money if you are guaranteed of quality education,a society with high human values. So lets be more conscious about regulation for the quality of education rather than on regulation of fee.

I have some questions:
What is the writeup for and who asked you to do it?
How are school fees (plural) going to be regulated?
I find it strange that when you are given an assignment to write about regulating school fees, you talk about the issue of improving the quality of education, which sounds like a debate between two issues.

You could also call it a brief write up. Also, I think you would want to attract people to the profession, not drive them to it.
