We have someone do something. Am I correct? Like "can I have you to verify some information".

Considering this can we say " sorry for having you verify that information but it was necessary"?

Do we say "have you verify" or "have you to verify"?

I don't like the repeated use of "have someone do something".

I would say:
I asked someone to do something. "Can you verify some information for me?
