Which terms can be used here?

What percentage of alien DNA can a human have before other humans would notice his ................?

strangeness
extraneousness
foreignness
quizzicalness
oddity
oddness

Additional question: Can "before" be replaced with "until"?

I mean, for example, when a human from planet Earth impregnates a humanoid from another planet, then the offspring will probably have 50% alien DNA and 50% human DNA.
Or when 3 of somebody's grandparents are 100% humans and the 4th grandparent is a 50% human/50% alien hybrid, then that guy has probably 12,5% alien DNA.

No, you can't use 'until'. That sounds like you're saying that a person can progressively increase their alien DNA until they become noticeable. Our biology doesn't work that way - though perhaps the aliens have a method to do it, and human scientists could also do it if it were worth doing.

OK that's a good point, makes perfect sense to me. But which of the suggested terms from the OP would you use?

I don't think any of them lead to a particularly natural sentence. I'd say "What percentage of alien DNA can a human have before other humans notice?"

And that would depend on what the specific genes coded for. Some genes would cause phenotypic changes and others wouldn't.

I'd suggest "alienness".
