[Essay] study plan and research proposal in Japanese mext scholarship

Dear teacher,
I am b.sc holder in botany with majors in ethnobotany,plant biochemistry, plant anatomy plant physiology and plant ecology. I aim to pursue my masters program in pharmacognosy in japanese university.. But I am not sure of what to write in my study plan and research proposal. Can you help me out please.

Shouldn't you apply in Japanese? Also, this is highly specialised and it is impossible for people who do not know what you want to study to write such a plan for you, even in English.
