[Grammar] Subjunctive mood

Hi, I'm learning the subjunctive mood. I'd like to know the difference between these sentences :
1.We decided that another plan be prepared.(subj. mood).
2. We decided that another plan should be prepared.
3. We decided that another plan to be prepared.
Are they all correct or not? And what sense does each of them bear?

Only sentence 2 is correct. It doesn't use the subjunctive mood.

I think 1 and 3 are incorrect because "We have decided that" should have been followed by a complete clause.
They could be corrected to "is to be changed".

What the difference between 'we recommend that the trip be postponed' and 'we recommend that the trip to be postponed'? The second sentence sounds more natural for me. I don't know. Can I say also 'we recommend the trip be postponed' without 'that'?

The answer to your second question is yes, that can be omitted.

I disagree. The page is in Russian but it's supposed to be teaching English. There are several sentences in English, with audio files, which are not the result of automated transalation. However, there are several ungrammatical and unnatural sentences in there, of which 1. is an example.
