That's good. Instead of using, you can also say through or via.


2) I submitted documents online.

3) I submitted documents on your web portal.

That's good if the documents came from my portal. If not, use one of the prepositions in sentence 1.


4) I submitted documents using your/the/a web portal.

In this context, the terms website, portal, and web portal are all fine.

Unless you're talking about random documents, you need the definite article. You are, presumably, referring to specific documents that were requested.
