1) A few of my migrant workers staying in the dormitory had received two doses of Sinovac vaccine before arriving in Singapore. May I know when they can receive the 3rd dose?

2) Are they still eligible for the 3rd dose if they have been infected with Covid-19 recently?

3) When will dormitory workers allow to take Moderna booster dose?

See my suggested changes above. Don't say "dormitory worker". That suggests they work in the dormitory. As I understand it from your previous posts, they work somewhere else but they sleep (and eat?) in a dormitory. Is that right?

Oh yes. They work in the factory but eat and sleep in the dormitory.

I have lived in countries in SE Asia where the term dormitory worker. It includes workers who have moved from the provinces to the cities, where they stay in dormitories, but are nationals.
