Title : Tendency to Forget the Value of Precious Things.
...
For example, we tend to have three meals in one day.
If you have two meals for one day, you will appeal/plead hunger.
...
==============================
Please correct the mistakes. For the underlined part, is "you will express hunger" better?

None of the three choices you offer makes much sense to me. You would suffer from hunger, or simply be hungry.

I think "complain of hunger" fits.
For two times of "for one day", is it correct or does it have to be corrected to "in one day" or "a day"?

Complain of hunger/being hungry fits.
Both in one day and in a day work.

Can you explain why "for one day" doesn't work in the sentence. while "in one day" does?

We have three meal in a day is the most natural way of saying it. That's not to say "for one day" is wrong.

We have three meals [STRIKE]in[/STRIKE] a day is the most natural way of saying it. That's not to say "for one day" is wrong.

See above. "For one day" doesn't work in that sentence.

You still didn't explain why "for one day" is wrong. Please explain it logically.

"For a day" means "to last for the duration of one day". For example, you could say "We have enough food for one day".
