Can you help me understand the sentences below:

"Ladies and gentlemen, that's a print, a wrap, and we are finished!"
Context: After finishing shooting a scene, the director is saying these words.

"Let's go for picture, everybody! Now, that's picture. Here we go. Make it happen."
Context: Someone is getting the team ready for a scene.

In the first one, the director is telling the cast and crew that they are finished shooting the scene. (The "Context" part should come first.) In the first one, it's the other way around. They are starting a shoot. (You said it: someone is getting the team ready for a scene.)

I'd add that they have shot the scene successfully in the first, which is why they have finished.
