Which are correct?

1) Tom is the best to get the job done.
2) Tom is the best for getting the job done.

3) Tom is the best person to get the job done.
4) Tom is the best person for getting the job done.

Yes, that is what I mean, although I have a feeling that 'get the job done' might have the connotation that doing the job won't be easy.

I am interested in the structure. 'Get the job done' could be replaced with 'make the dessert' as far as I am concerned.
