By this time, you should have received an email.


Are they okay/correct?

They're OK but unless you are talking about a specific time (ie 4pm), I would say "The email should have arrived by now" or "You should have received an email by now".

Please check your inbox tomorrow afternoon at 4pm. By that time, you should have received my email.

Note that although correct, it's an unlikely construction and we are more likely to say "Please check your inbox tomorrow afternoon at 4pm. By then, you should have received my email".
