I've been discussing only the first sentence of the OP this whole time, which I took to be an authentic sentence.
In the light of post #12, I have a terrible feeling that we've both wasted our time, and that the actual sentence is the one written there. Why northpath has decided to give us the actual sentence in question only in post #12 is beyond me!
