[Grammar] The jam cleared on its own

I am traffic police. There was a traffice jam.I did nothing to clear the traffic.

How should I say that to my superior.


1)The traffice jam cleared on its own.

2) The traffice jam cleared by itself.

3) The traffic jam cleared all by itself.


My itention is to say that I did nothing to clear the traffic.

Could someone suggest?

Yeah, sorry to butt in but is it alright for me to use the other 2 options in spoken and written languages? I mean, it's not like there is anything wrong with them grammar-wise and collocation-wise (or whatever-else-wise I forgot to mention) right?
