Dear teachers

I read a line "The poor cow jumped. The was no one else there. Your so-called witness was coked out of her --"

I looked up a dictionary, but could not find what "the poor cow jumped" and "was coked out" mean. I would like to seek your help.

Regards

Holden

'Cow' is here used disrespectfully instead of 'woman'.

'Coked out' means she was under the influence of cocaine.

Without the entire context, it's not possible to say for sure but I suspect that "she" (the poor cow) is dead and someone is trying to work out if she jumped or was pushed from somewhere, leading to her death.

The poor cow jumped = It is my opinion that the poor woman jumped voluntarily
There was no-one else there = She was alone which leads me to the conclusion that she jumped.
The so-called witness was coked off her t*ts/face = The person you are saying is a witness had taken a large amount of cocaine and was suffering the effects of that drug-taking.

"Coked out of her mind" is what I would expect.

Coked out of her head
Coked out of her mind
Coked off her face

It would be interesting to know what the next word was in the original.

Or coked out of her skull.
