Is there subtle difference in the meaning between "1" and "2".
If so, I would like to know the difference.

1. I think she is attractive.
2. I find her attractive.
 
I don't find much difference.
 
Although there is no appreciable difference in this particular case, bear in mind that 'I find...' conveys only personal opinion, while 'I think...' can be used to report that which one believes to be an objectively verifiable or accepted fact. Thus we might say I think that he's a teacher, but not *I find him to be a teacher.
 
Also, when a judge says, "I find you guilty", that carries a lot more weight than the judge saying, "I think you're guilty."
But, for the most part, I agree with Barb.
