We use the present perfect in sentences constructed with this/it/that is the first/second/third etc (Michael Swan)
However, some people think that we can also use the “present tense, will and present continuous tense” in sentences constructed with this/it/that is the first/second/third etc. Some of the examples are as follows:-
1. This is the first time we actually feel sympathy for Blanche because she is so upset by the death of her husband.
2. It is the first time I have an internal examination.
3. This is the first time that the two companies will provide a total supply and maintenance contract for ARAMCO,…, it is the first time you realize that there are places like ours that can go..
4. This the first time that the painting will be shown as a group outside the Hermitage.
5. “This the first time you really see everything,” he told The Art Newspaper.
6. But this is the first time that RA members are being so actively encouraged to trespass.

Do native speaking teachers think that the above sentences are possible?
Thanks for your help.
