1. I'm going to hold a webinar about modern art.
2. I'm going to host a webinar about modern art.
3. I'm going to run a webinar about modern art.
4. I'm going to do a webinar about modern art.
5. I'm going to give a webinar about modern art.

What's the most natural variant? Is there any difference between webinar about and webinar on?

3 sounds less natural to me. The others are fine. With the preposition, I'd use on- it sounds a bit more knowledgeable to me.

If anybody's wondering what a webinar is (like I was), click here.

"Present" is another possible verb. Or "teach" if it's training.
