Many thanks!

In my opinion, it`s particularly the same. If you miss out on something you don`t take part in a good opportunity to enjoy or get something useful. (I missed out on the party= I wish I had gone to the party to have a ball)

To my mind, "miss the party" and "miss out on the party" is particularly the same. The only difference can be that in one you are emphasising the fact that it was a fun party, while in the other you are just saying you didn`t go to the party.

Yes there is.
"Miss out on something" means that you didn't get your share; or that eveybody else got something that you didn't; or that you had something due to you and you didn't get it.
"I missed out on that job". "I didn't put my lottery numbers in last week, and I missed out on the big prize!"

"Miss something" can have a few meanings.
You can miss a bus, or miss your girlfriend. You can miss an exam.
You wouldn't use "miss out on" for any of these.

I agree with Raymott.

Taking Leandro-Z's example, you could miss a party for many reasons, including ones like not wanting to go, which would be very different from missing out on it, where you feel that you have been deprived in some way.
