"Tom is honest at working and geniuen at speaking."

Please check.

Why don't you check it first? Hint: spelling.

"Tom is honest at working and genuine at speaking."

It's unnatural.

Tom works honestly and speaks genuinely.

I'm not really sure what it means though. What do you mean by someone being honest when they are at work?

He doesn't steal the office pens.

Tufguy, it's very unnatural. We wouldn't normally say a person is honest at work. (Is he dishonest other places?) As for being genuine at speaking, I suppose that means he tells the truth.

Saying someone is "an honest worker" is an expression. It's no so much that they don't steal things or lie (but that is sort of assumed), but that they work when they are supposed to work and don't slack off or goof around.

"He does an honest day's work for an honest day's pay."

This is what I meant Emsr2d2.
