We left when the meeting ended.
I called him when i reached home.

How can I make these sentences simple?

How much simpler do you want to make them? They're pretty basic already. What exactly are you trying to do and why?

We left after the meeting cuts out one word, if that helps.

:)

I suspect that Roktim intends "How can I make these sentences simple?" to mean "How can I make these complex sentences simple sentences?"

If we deleted that which renders each sentence "complex," namely the subordinate clauses, we would be left with "We left" and "I called him."

I reached home. I called him

It's not a great improvement in terms of language usage. If this is an exercise, it is not a good one.

It smells like homework to me.

And poor stuff at that. It's like passive conversions that make for clumsy sentences.
