I was chatting with my friends and I told them that I'd been to many places in Chongqing.

Silver: I go to Wulong every year and will stay there for the whole summer.
Sherry: Wow, that's great. How about others places?
Silver: Qianjiang, it's a nice place, with tasty food and interesting people.
Martin:How long does it take you to drive there?
Silver: Two hours and a half drive.

Is the italic sentence natural?

Silver: I go to Wulong every year and will stay there for the whole summer.
Sherry: Wow, that's great. How about others other places?
Silver: Qianjiang. It's a nice place no comma here with tasty food and interesting people.
Martin:How long does it take you to drive there?
Silver: Two and a half hours. and a half drive.

It's the same thing when you talk about an ordinary object :
She has long hair.
It's a long road.
It's a long drive.
It's a two and a half hour drive.

Remember, you are still describing "the drive".
Hope this helps....:)

Welcome to the forum, @Stevehi.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "an ordinary object". Can you explain further?
