If the question was asked on another forum in the morning, but it's still unanswered, can I post it on UE?

Sure. If you do so, as a courtesy please let us know where else the unanswered question has been posted.

It was posted on WR forums. I cannot copy and post the link of my own post on that forum.

I'm a member of that one, but I don't know what my password is. (I only have about 50 posts there.)

What is the title of the thread?
The title is "He will dare to/he has dared to".

The thread was answered but on both of them the responses are different. For example, an AmE speaker says sentence 3 is not correct. I changed the original thread when I posted it here.

1. "He dares to say what he thinks." :tick:

2."He dares say what he thinks." ✝️

3. "He didn't dare to talk to her." ✝️

4. "He didn't dare talk to her." :tick:

What is the title of the thread?
I deleted this thread:

"Should I use "it" or "your help'?

"Being kind means not ignoring other people and helping them whenever they need it."

Either one works there. Which one you use is a matter of preference.
