Under her conditions

I am not sure if I have used correctly "under her conditions". Would you please correct my grammar and punctuation?

1. Peter's girlfriend has told him she was willing to marry him but only under her conditions.
2. The house could be rented under the terms and conditions described at the bottom of the page.
3. The prisoner has been released on conditions that he leave the country.

1. I prefer "under certain conditions" as "her" is understood.

I am wondering if my 3. sentence should have "leave" in subjunctive instead of your "leaves". I am not sure, but I think it should be "leave."

You are right, it should be"leave", the clause being in the subjunctive mood.

I agree with Ted on #1.

#2 is fine.

In #3, 'on condition' (singular) is idiomatic (as you wrote in post #3). As a BE speaker I would use 'leaves', though I know that AE speakers prefer the subjunctive.
