The first one is correct.

If it is a question, which one is correct?

1. What I should do next?
2. What should I do next?

Thanks!

What should I do next? (should is a modal verb; this sentence is a question)

Remember the rule that if the sentence ends with a question mark, we reverse the order of the person and the verb.

I don't know what I should do now.
What should I do now?

I have no idea what the time is.
What is the time?

I asked you what that policeman was doing.
What was that policeman doing?

I know/I do know.
Do I know?

"Please suggest what I should do next", is the rule (reverse the order of the person and the verb) applicable to this sentence.
thanks

No. There is no inversion in this sentence. We normally invert subject and verb only in direct questions, as emsr2d2 suggested.
