Does this text natural in English? This is the text:

SC AquaPlants SRL was born out of a passion for flowers. Founded in 2016 in Arad, Romania, it specialized, while active, in growing and selling water lilies.

Context: SC AquaPlants SRL is the name of the company. Arad is the city. Romania is the country. I'm talking about a company that is not active anymore.

Yes, it's fine.

It's very natural written English. It's more formal-sounding than most spoken English.
