Dear Mrs. X,
We made an appointment with Mrs. Y tomorrow morning around 9am to complete the installation.

The monitoring device of the PV system need to be connected to an Internet and since the room of the gardener is above the technical room, we can take from it directly instead of passing an 80meter length cable from your main house to the technical room.

Clarity is important, so in an email you should specify dates.

I don't know what you mean by "we can take from it directly" there.

You can say "an 80 meter cable" and not worry about causing confusion.

Dear Mrs. X,
We made an appointment with Mrs. Y tomorrow 23th of February around 9:00 am to complete the installation.

The monitoring device of the PV system needs to be connected to the Internet and since the room of the gardener is above the technical room, we can take from it instead of passing an 80meter cable from your main house to the technical room.

What do you mean by "we can take from it"?

I want to say that we need to provide the PV system with internet so the client can monitor his system. Her main house is far away from the technical room, instead of passing a cable of 80m, the room of the gardener is directly above the technical room so its easy on the execution.
Did you understand my point?

I think you're good to go. (I'm learning stuff.)

I still don't know what that means. Can you be more specific?

When I say "we can take from it...", I mean "Is the sentence comprehensive comprehensible/understandable?" Is there another way to say it?
Note my corrections above. "Comprehensive" doesn't mean the same as "comprehensible".
