It's "ten and two". They have ten wins and two losses. It's a bit hard to hear because of the quality of the MP3 and because he doesn't really pronounce the final letter of "and". It sounds (as it does quite frequently) like "an" or even just "n". It's a bit like "fish and chips" in BrE, which sounds like "fish n chips" and is frequently written as "fish 'n' chips". So what you hear is "ten 'n' two". I don't do phonetics but I would write that "n" as "uhn".
