Monica: So great! He showed me where the restaurant's going to be. It's this, it's this cute little place on 10th Street. Not too big, not too small. Just right.
Chandler: Was it formerly owned by a blonde woman and some bears?

from Friends S01E15

I have search internet about the story, but I still cannot get the point.

It was 'a cute little place'. Chandler is joking that it might have been owned by Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The key to understanding it is "Not too big, not too small. Just right." Because the Goldilocks story repeats the idea of things being just right.
