My older brother is really smart and has deep thinking. He graduated from the best university, Seoul National University in Korea, and his thinking has influenced me a lot so far.
What I like most about him is his maturity.. I can also learn from his insight/intuition and wise advice that made me a mature adult.

1.What is the difference between "most" and "the most" in the above? Are the two interchangeable or different?
2. If your brother were a younger brother instead of "an older brother", could you still say "his intuition and wise advice made me a mature adult"?
It would sound kind of stupid and shameful, I guess.

First, change "has deep thinking". It's not at all natural.

There are several problems. Ems noted one of them.

Perhaps:

My brother is very smart and is a deep thinker.

Or:

My brother is very smart and is wise beyond his years.

Or:

My brother is very smart, and he thinks before he acts.

If you think before you act you will have a lot fewer regrets.

He graduated from the best university, Seoul National University in Korea, and his thinking has influenced me a lot so far..

There's a problem with word placement. Instead of saying it's the the best university in Korea, that sentence seems to be saying it's the best university in the world.

The two clauses do not seem to be related. Finally, I would delete so far.

Perhaps:

What I like most about abocut him is that he is wise beyond his years. His insights and advice have helped me understand things and make good decisions.

When you usevand also you are connecting that sentence to what came before.

1. I don't see any difference.
2. There is nothing shameful about taking advice from somebody who's younger than you if that person gives good advice.

(My opinion.)

It's too late for me to edit post #5.
