[Idiom] What is the meaning of "I see you is right on target"?

Hi guys, Hope you are doing well. I really appreciate if you help me find the meaning of this sentence. Thank you in advance.

9.While the crew were dancing the chief said: "I see you is right on target."

CONTEXT!
 
While they are dancing they say:
- Work out! clean! (clean is the name of the person who is dancing)
- Get down Bubba!
- Yeah!
- I see you is right on target.
 
I have no idea what this means.

As several people have told you in other threads, we need real context. It's even possible, in a film, that reference might be being made to something that has happened previously.

Actually, even native speakers frequently don't pick up every single word or phrase in a film. We often let the action carry us on and don't even notice that we have missed a word or two. The annoying thing for me about watching films on DVD or video is that I can now pause and playback to catch things I notice I've missed. It's usually not worth it.
