Are these correct and natural?

1. When Jane was younger, she could drink everyone under the table.
2. I want to drink everybody under the table at the party tonight.
3. He's such a light-weight! He was gloating all night that he could drink all of us under the table but after two shots he became fall-down drunk.

To me "fall-down drunk" seems unnatural. I'd say "He was (or got) falling down drunk." Three sheets to the wind is a colorful and charming way of putting it.
