Do the questions above mean the same? Which one is natural?
 
They mean the same thing. Number one and three are natural. Use whom after a preposition if you want to use the construction in number two — but sentence two is excessively formal and old-fashioned for any contemporary context.
 
In BrE at least, you'll also hear "Whose is this coat?"
