a. It will be known who robbed us.
b. Who robbed us will be known.


Are both of the above sentences grammatically correct?

I think in theory they are equivalent, but in practice (b) sounds almost wrong to me!
 
But they're both grammatical, if that's what you really want to know.
 
Perhaps:

They are sure they will catch the robber. They have a good description, and several people recognized him.
