A person might say "Game on" when he's ready to play the game. That's the way I would interpret it.

What does "game on" mean here?
It means, roughly, "Things are happening". Just advertising speech to make the product sound appealing.

"Game on" is usually used to say that a contest has started, or that a challenge's been accepted. This is a variation, meaning "Activity has started".

See our idiom entry for game on.

With their product, you'll always be ready to accept any (presumably physical) challenge.
