Are these sentences grammatically correct?

They're grammatical apart from the lack of an article before "iPad Pro". Also note the spelling of "iPad Pro".

But neither is the correct way of putting it. In the first, the use of "with the amount..." is wrong. The second sounds as if you are attaching the quotation to your email but I suspect you were referring to their attachment in an earlier email.

Also, they aren't going to repair the device as per the quotation. They're going to charge you as per the quotation. Do you see the difference?

Please proceed with the repair of the iPad Pro. I/We accept your quotation./The charge you have quoted is acceptable.
