My parents are always saying the words below to me.

You are eating and watching TV too much. I don't let you be that any more.
(just a little more) :)

We are not English-native, but we do speak English at home.


Is there something wrong with the words?
I think my parents should say:
You are eating and watching TV too much. I won't let you be that any more.
or "don't" is also OK?

for example:
I don't let you go.
I won't let you go.

They mean, "I won't let you do that any more."
No, "don't" isn't also OK.
"Don't" mean "Do not". "Won't" means "Will not".
 
Also, with You are eating and watching TV too much, too much TV would sound better to me, which would leave eating stranded, so I would say eating too much and watching too much TV.
