Hey.
What should I put in this gap?
Computer technology is _____ for the future development of our world. (DISPENSE)
Is "dispenser" the correct word?

My second question is:
Is this sentence correct?
"They always open the windows *wide* in the evening.

"Dispenser" is not the right word. You are looking for a word (an adjective) that means the same as "vital" or "necessary".
The second sentence is correct.

Hint:
Look it up in the Cambridge Dictionary website (click here).

You'll see a list of related words down the bottom of that page, under "Browse."
Clicking on one of those words will lead you to the word you're after. ;-)
