A running shoes are more comfortable than pumps. why have you used the indefinite article at the start of your sentence?
Your grandparents are healthier as your children. What difference in the comparative of "healthy" has led you to use teh preposition "as"?
A salad is less saltier than french fries. You cannot use "less" with a comparative which indicates something bigger than the foundation adjective.
A microwave is more convenient than a conventional oven.
