Does the use of "yet" here sound natural to you native English speakers?

It is not natural to my first reaction as I read it.

=================

Contrary to popular belief, mosquitoes do not bite because they need to feed on human blood. Mosquitoes bite in order to get enough protein to produce eggs.

The more blood they get from you, the more blood-sucking baby bugs they can spawn. Yet another reason to avoid mosquito bites!

The first reason to bite is to suck blood from you. The second (yet another) reason is that of procreation.

Say:

My first reaction was that it is not natural.

It's quite natural. (I tend not to get many mosquito bites, and I'm glad of that.)

It is not a complete sentence, but it works in informal English.
