Please correct the following sentences if they are not.

1. Your English is good where did you learn it.
2, You are good at English, where you l have learnt it.

#1 needs to be in two sentences, the second of which needs a different punctuation mark.

#2 is too bad to be corrected. What does it mean?
 
For the second one you might say:

You are good at English. Where did you learn it?
 
What is the idea of having two sentences in one in both cases?

And then it will sound perfectly natural. You're right that there is no hope for the second.
