It's a classic- I think it is the worst advert I have come across for a teaching 'job'. ;-)
It would be perfect for someone who is hiding from the police. They would never think of looking for an educated person in that situation.
Only if they have successfully stolen a suitcase full of cash. ;-)
Teaching English is still a profession that you can get into shortly after getting off the plane. Perhaps they'll find an "English professional" with a backback at the local information centre? Though, since they also withhold wages for two month, they might have trouble for even that.
There are a lot of scummy English schools to work for in Japan, too.
