Renaissance & modern age
Hello teacher!
Could you please tell me what is the difference between characteristics of English during Renaissance and characteristics of Modern English should it be considered the same age?

Re: Renaissance & modern age
During the early part of the Renaissance, the language is still called Middle English (up to the late 15th century) and then people start using the term Modern English, so it straddles the two periods of the language.
