like me or like mine?
Sorry I made a mistake, my question should be "as", not "like" in the title.
"She studies in the same school as me/mine?"
Which is right? Thanks.

Re: like me or like mine?
You'll see different possibilities: as I/as I do/as me
Traditionally I was preferred, but me is common usage.

Don't we use 'that' as a combination with 'same' e.g.
This is the same boy that I saw yesterday.
Please guide.

********** NOT A TEACHER **********
Hello, Shoaib.
(1) Mr. Wilson Follett in his Modern American Usage says both as and
that are correct. I believe that most other books nowadays agree.
(2) Mr. Follett says we usually use that when we want to define.
His example: I bought the same brand that I bought the last time.
It tells you which brand I bought.
(3) Mr. Follett says we usually use as when we want to show a
comparison.
His example: After that experience he was never the same as he
was before.
It tells what he was like before the experience and after it.
(4) So I think you are right:
This is the same boy that I saw yesterday. (that I saw yesterday
defines. That is, it tells us which boy.)
I think many native speakers would even drop that in conversation.
Thank you

Yes, even I would drop it (if possible).
This is the same boy I saw yesterday.
He is the fastest boy (that) I've ever seen.
(Example 2 is different, but even there I would not add the "that").
Cheers!
