Hello,
One of my friends said about her email when asked by our manger ," Yes, it is working" and I replied, "me too" indicating that I am the same as her.
Was my answer correct? or Should have I said " Mine too or Mine is working as well"?
To be honest, I am worried I made a grammatical mistake.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. :)
One of my friends
You probably mean colleagues or coworkers instead of friends.
said about her email when asked by our manger
In future, tell us the question too please.
" Yes, it is working" and I replied, "me too" indicating that I am the same as her.
I'm not sure what you mean by "I'm the same as her".
Was my answer correct?
Probably not.
or Should I have I said "Mine too" or "Mine is working as well"?
If the question was about whether the email is working or not, then yes, that's what you should have said.
To be honest, I am worried I made a grammatical mistake.
It's not actually ungrammatical to say "me too", but it is not the correct response to a question about email. You are not email. ;)

If the question was about whether the email is working or not, then yes, that's what you should have said.
The question was Are your emails set and functioning yet?

Are you sure that's what your manager asked. Your colleague mentions "email" not "emails".

The manager directed the question to 4 teachers. That’s why he used emails.

Hello.

One of my friends colleagues was asked said about her email when asked by our manager if her email [account] was working. She said "Yes, it is working" and I replied, "me Mine too" indicating that I am my email situation was the same as hers.

Was my answer correct no question mark here or should have I have said "Mine too" or "Mine is working as well"?

To be honest, I am worried I made a grammatical mistake.

I would also expect "set up" instead of "set" in that context.

Your response was understood by the manager, right?

I wouldn't worry about it.
