Are we talking about handling suitcases or judicial cases?
"We handle cases at a quality that will impress you."
I'm not sure one can say "at a quality." If not, is there an alternative involving the word "quality"?

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
