Dear Smith,
As one of our manager talk to you on the phone earlier today about our store suspect some food stamp fraud activities going on in our store, you suggested us write a letter and explain the situation.

We notice every first week or second week of the month, we have some customers come to our store and purchase products that we know it’s definitely not for their every use, for example: each different customer will come and buy $100 - $150 of rice or fish sauce only (in the amount that reach their food stamp limits), later on the day the same customer came back with cash purchase on items that not qualify for food stamp purchase like alcohol and cigarettes.

We also notice some fraud activities going on in front of our store; we called the police department a few times but every time the police arrived those people are disappear.

Again we are 100% against food stamp fraud and we’re trying to do everything to prevent this, please advise us what we need to do if the situations keep risen in our store.
