Please help me correct mistakes in each following sentence
1.Every child needs special care and attention so that he or she will grow up into responsible human being
I think "into" should be corrected to "to" but the answer is C "he or she". How can I correct it?
2.Please send me information with regard of insurance policies available from the company.
the answer is B but I don't know how to correct it
3.Most of us were feeling sleepier at the meeting because the speaker had a very monotonous voice
The answer is B. I don't understand why

There is a lot of key information missing from your questions.
(1) Your question is confusing but I can say that "into", followed by the indefinite article, is correct in the sentence as it stands. But it also needs a full stop.
"Every child needs special care and attention so that he or she will grow up into a responsible human being".
Another version of this sentence:
"Every child needs special care and attention so that he or she will grow up to be a responsible human being".
In (2) and (3) you have told us that B is the answer, but the answer to what? You need to tell us what the questions are.

Thankx for your help
1.Every child needs special care and attention so that he or she will grow up into responsible human being
According to the book, the mistake is "he or she" but I don't know why. How can I correct it?
2.Please send me information with regard of insurance policies available from the company.
the mistake is "with regard". I don't know how to correct it
3.Most of us were feeling sleepier at the meeting because the speaker had a very monotonous voice
The answer is "sleepier". I think "sleepier" should be corrected to "sleepy", shouldn't it?

(2) The problem is not "with regard" but "of", if it's changed to "to" then you have a correct sentence.
Here are possible versions:
Please send me information with regard to insurance policies available from the company.
Please send me information regarding insurance policies available from the company.
(3) On the evidence that you give us I agree that "sleepy" is the most obvious answer.
