Question Re: Use of 'neither+nor' etc

So can you now tell me how to express my earlier thought about the weather tomorrow (raining - snowing - sleeting)?

Tomorrow it will be raining, snowing or sleeting.

Thanks for the examples, you made a correction in my question earlier which was
"Can you not explain where will we make the difference in saying 'nor will I' OR 'nor I will', 'nor am I' 'nor I am', any grammar rules for such usage?"
So was it grammatically wrong to put 'will' there? as you cut it from '"where (will) we make the difference ..........

These are direct questions. In indirect questions, we do not use question word-order:

Can you tell me where we will make...
Can you tell me where we make ...
