1. He's fit for the job. (The same meaning as sentence 3?)
2. He's suitable for the job. (?)
3. He's suited to the job. (He has good qualifications, experience and personality that are suitable for the job?)

Are there any differences between the three sentences?

I'll give you an American native's opinion:

He's suited for the job.
He's a good fit for the job.

He's suitable for the job -- sounds weak. Honestly can't tell you why. It just sounds wrong.
