First learn to write simple sentences.

Start each sentence with a capital letter and always use a capital I for the personal pronoun.

Really,I hope to speak like native speaker, how? I know practicing language is important to acquire it,but the people arround me never help me what can I do?

Also,I have a question,If I know past simple and present simple+present progressive,Can I practice English?

You can practice if you know only one tense.

Work slowly. Write perfect short sentences. Then worry about longer sentences.

Listen to English-language broadcasts or podcasts. Watch English-language television. Read English-language new articles on subjects you really are interested in.
